Since 2021, Integrity System Integrator has been the technical backbone for a leading Singapore-based Professional AV Solutions Provider. Our partnership began with a fundamental mission: ensuring their 25-person team had a rock-solid network to support world-class AV projects.
For five years, we have managed their infrastructure evolution—from high-performance ASUS networking to secured Synology NAS environments and encrypted VPNs. However, as the business grew, we recognized that “stable IT” was no longer enough. To scale, they needed Intelligence.
The Breakthrough: Custom AI vs. Manual Bottlenecks
The client’s logistics team faced a massive hurdle: manually tracking thousands of serial numbers for high-end equipment like L-Acoustics and Shure. This was a slow, error-prone process that delayed outbound shipping.
Instead of waiting for external solutions, I independently developed a custom AI Data Extraction Workflow.

The Rigor: Achieving “good enough” results with AI is easy, but “good enough” leads to inventory errors. I spent four days of intensive iterative testing, refining the logic and prompts until we reached 100% data accuracy.

The Tech: By leveraging a “Pixel-First” approach, the AI now reads technical serial numbers from equipment photos and converts them into structured Excel data instantly.

The Next Phase: The ERP & AI Roadmap (EDG)
A key part of our current strategy is the transition to Odoo ERP. While the client maintains Xero for accounting, Odoo is being introduced to centralize operations.
We are currently architecting a strategic roadmap—supported by the Enterprise Development Grant (EDG)—to integrate our AI innovations directly into this new ecosystem:
- ERP Integration: Connecting AI-extracted logistics data directly into Odoo to ensure real-time inventory visibility.
- Financial Automation: Bridging the gap between Odoo and Xero to automate payment follow-ups and quotation revisions.
- Future-Proofing: Upgrading the office infrastructure (including Ubiquiti UDM-Pro and Synology DS925+) to host internal automation environments like n8n.
