Introduction
Managing the IT needs of a community-focused organization requires a balance between accessibility and high-level security. Since 2024, IntegritySI has partnered with a local Methodist Church to modernize their infrastructure and, more importantly, bring their digital operations up to global cybersecurity standards.
Meeting the Standard: Cybersecurity Insurance Compliance
The landscape of digital risk has changed, and many organizations now require specialized insurance. We led a strategic compliance exercise to meet Beazley Global Breach Solutions requirements, focusing on three critical pillars:
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): Secured all staff email accounts via Google Workspace MFA to prevent unauthorized access.
- Secure Cloud Migration: Migrated sensitive data from older, on-premise NAS hardware to a secure, managed Google Workspace environment.
- Automated Patch Management: Implemented CCleaner Cloud to centrally monitor and update software across all office computers, ensuring no “End of Life” (EOL) software remains as a vulnerability.
Maintaining the Backbone: Multi-Level Infrastructure
A church is more than just an office; it is a multi-level facility with unique connectivity needs. We manage a high-performance Ubiquiti UniFi ecosystem, including:
- Strategic Network Management: Maintaining Ubiquiti Dream Machine Pro and Pro-grade PoE switches to ensure seamless connectivity across sanctuaries, chapels, and offices.
- Proactive Security Monitoring: Our monthly maintenance logs regularly track and block nearly 2,000 low-risk flows and suspicious telemetry lookups, keeping the internal network “clean.”
- Web & CMS Integrity: We provide monthly security scans for the organization’s website, identifying and resolving “mixed content” risks and malware vulnerabilities to protect their online congregation.
The Result: Peace of Mind for the Community
By shifting from reactive “break-fix” support to a managed Service Level Agreement (SLA), the organization now enjoys a stable network and a verified security posture. Whether it’s updating a U6-LR Access Point or securing a staff member’s workstation, Integrity System Integrity ensures the technology stays invisible so the organization can focus on its mission.
